Brydges is Winnipeg’s premier condominium management company. Brydges is 100% independently owned. Unlike so many of our competitors, we assiduously avoid potential conflict of interest that can compromise our independence and the service we provide to our clients. We are not involved in the sale of real-estate. WE MANAGE CONDOMINIUMS!
Over the past 15 years, Brydges has established a reputation for integrity, commitment and service. Our goal is to provide our clients the best service, physical, financial and administrative. Our success is reflective by the fact that we have the lowest client turnover of any firm in Manitoba.
We are different than the industry norm. We take to heart the needs of Owners, Board members and trades. We treat everyone with respect and honesty. We also expect that in return. Below you will see some of the services we offer, as you read through them you will think that they are similar to other management companies, but we are not. I will tell you a statement that was said to me by one of our Board members.
The two company executives, Mel Braun and Brenda Brydges, have extensive experience in condominium management. Each is involved in the hands-on management of all the properties. Backing up the principals of the company, is an experienced and dedicated group of condominium managers and support staff. The Brydges team sets the standard in Manitoba.
“Brenda do you know what sets Brydges apart from other management companies? It is that you truly care about what goes on at our property? If there is something that needs to be done you and your staff take it personal and get it done. We trust you.”
At Brydges we believe that we work for the Board of Directors and Owners, not the other way around. We believe that Board set the policies and that our role is to implement them. It is key that the Board is well informed as Brydges puts special emphasis on providing each Board member with a full agenda and supporting documentation in advance of each meeting. We research all the issues before the meeting of the Board of Directors, so we can provide the Board members with possible means to solve the issues at hand, rather than dwelling on the problem we offer possible solutions.
